Does the TI-99 count as a console? It was technically a personal computer, but barely qualifies as one today. I mean, you hooked it up to a TV and 99% of its use was playing games. It dominated the home computer market for a time, fighting with Commodore. Until the IBM XT killed everything.
If not, then an NES.
