2010 was mostly bad but had some good things. My only resolution for 2011 is to try to get better.
Trust is a fragile thing. Once trust is lost, it can be impossible to recover. Those we're closest to can betray us,and total strangers can come to our rescue. In the end, most people decide to trust only themselves. It really is the simplest way to keep from getting burned.

2010 was a bad year insofar that I let my family and myself down by trying to commit suicide and had to spend 3 months in hospital and mental care ward.
My resolution for 2011 is to stick to the care plan we worked out and appreciate that my family is there for me and there are others out there with exactly the same problems who I can trust and talk to...
