where can i get patches for the english dvd version of the game as i have only just installed it and the only patch i can download is the 4.21 but there is no trainer for it

What? You cannot chose what sort of patch to download you only choose weather to download it or not.

4.21 is the latest patch i said no to downloading it as there is no trainer btw you cannot go back to an earlier patch so bad luck

Im too lazy to use CE since the unit option works on the 4.19 trainer, and i heard they removed sum cheats, so i aint installing it.

The people saying you can't re-download the 4.19 patch are wrong. The patch can be downloaded here:
