I purchased Borderlands and the Knoxx pack off Steam yesterday. Validated that the version is 1.41, then downloaded the 1.41 Steam trainer off this site. After receiving the "trainer cannot find game" error, additional research indicated that the trainer might not support DLC mods.
At this point, I'd like to downgrade my version or remove the DLC. I removed the local files and redownloaded Borderlands off Steam, but Knoxx is automatically downloaded with the base game and I don't see an option to remove the DLC content. I also don't see a method to download a pre-1.41 version.
Any workaround assistance is appreciated.

I have the Steam version of Borderlands GOTY and it has this DLC.
The trainer is working fine for me on Windows 7 Pro, x64-bit edition without any issues
As far as I know there isn't any difference in getting Borderlands by itself and then purchasing the DLC separately.
The trainer should just be looking for that specific version.

I've tried to download the latest trainer 1.41 for Steam from the site but each time I open the file it crashes stating that "Unexpected end of archive"
