How to launch satellite in rulers of nation ?

Buy a spy satellite.

Other way i don't think it exist.

If u have a satellite launch platform, then it is either over ur capital or over the launch site, but sumtimes they can be where ever, zoom out as much as possible, then look over the whole map, u should see it.

Though im not sure what use the satellites are.

lo look above your capital if you have bought 1 it should show up above capital , usally. But you should get an delivered message before you look for it
Btw look for a smal blue sat icon above

As far as I know you have to wait a little before they launch, it isn't instant.
