First off the trainer itself works. I alt tab select one of the options and it does it unfortunatly the game is having graphical errors from alt tabing (ie when I alt tab and come back the graphics are all ruined and random colours). This happens whether I use the trainer or not so the problem is not related to the trainer. It is however annoying that I can't use the trainer without having to save and reload my entire game every time. Hopefully someone has a fix for this and if not a trainer that DOESN'T require alt tabbing for every use would be handy.

Sounds like a graphics driver or your DirectX is not up to date. Try to see if you can run the game using OpenGL specifications instead.
