The Campaign DLC is official now, GSB is up to version 1.53 - is there any possibility of a trainer being released in the near future that will support this version including the campaign?

I don't see it available on Steam.

Sorry, official release from the positech website. If it's like the nomads expansion it probably won't hit Steam for another month or two at the earliest. Looks like I'll have to wait

i think it is still in beta according to the forums...although i have been playing it and have had no issues

Still it would be nice to have a trainer that works in Campaign mode even for the very playable Beta version.

The easiest way to cheat I found in the campaign was to edit the following file.
The path on my comp is:

C:\Users\daemon\Documents\My Games\GratuitousSpaceBattles\campaignprogress\default\progress.txt

Then change the following to any desired value

[config]
race = alliance
turn = 109
cash = 1237084
crew = 184030
pilots = 62092
maintenance = 2216
