Money is easy to edit with artmoney or whatever, health is as well but the health address if different in each sector( ) so it would require re-doing it every time you change sector till you get them all.
I would certainty appreciate CH putting out a trainer however since there was much I wasn't able to find.
Since the game didn't even have a section a couple of hours ago, I would guess this means there's a trainer in the works. Probably with options already decided upon.
