Today I slept at 4:30 pm because I was so tired from college, anyways I had this weird scary dream and it didn't feel like its a dream at all, I was floating like 30cm above floor and I was facing the floor, and I was 100% awake I'm telling you, I tried to speak or wake myself up but couldn't, then I said to myself it must be death and I gave up, but finally I woke up.
I never felt something SO REAL, it's not a dream it was me there, I really thought I died...
I did some search and they called it Sleep Paralysis, did it happen to you before?
i had this dream recently where i was drowning..i could've sworn it was real..and i did everything to get above water and i couldn't(i consider myself a pretty good swimmer) and i kept wondering how is it that i'm drowning..flailing my arms and legs i just kept going down...i woke up finally..all sweaty. so..yea..its happened to me too.

I always end up having dreams of me running for long periods to a number of unknown destinations. They all feel somewhat real as well. Actually, now that I think about it, all of my dreams feel realistic. Yeah, sounds more like Astral Projection.
Though I do belive that we're living in a dream now and when we die, that's when we wake up.
Yeah I hate when that happens. It is called sleep paralysis/lucid dreaming. Happens at least thrice a month to me. Sometimes I freak out in my head, and sometimes I embrace it. It's weird though because when I freak out, I move my arms but they don't move. It feels like they do though.
When i am asleep, i often see that i'm falling from top of a tower. I keep falling and falling and when even for a second i wonder that "why i'm still falling, i'm supposed to hit the ground by now", i wake up with a terrible shake in my heart and body and my knee hurts sooo bad and i can't even scream at that moment.
last year, sometime during my 1st year in BBA, i had a nightmare and in that nightmare, i saw that i was having another nightmare where someone was chopping me. The reality was that when i woke up......... i had a kitchen knife in my hand and several scratches in my thigh. In my dream someone was chopping me, but in reality i was cutting myself in my sleep. i had no idea how did i do that with zero conscience. To cover up the scene; i quickly ditched the bed-sheet and strapped a piece of cloth to stop the bleeding. Consulted a doctor next day.
