hello, I cannot register for lifetime unlimited membership.It keeps saying that paypal cannot verify my Debit card.Please help

must be an error in your card. try using another card.

I really doubt that, because its a international VISA debit card.And I've been using this card since some time.
Any other solutions?

You'll have to contact PayPal. You can also try using it with Google Checkout or Moneybookers.
