if you own the north american version of the Directors Cut The Nudity is still Censored, The Patch Was Released to remove the Censorship From The NA Release, All Other Releases of the Directors Cut should include the mature Content already if not try running the patch found on the steam store. Basically if you own the North American Version you Need to manually Download the update From the Steam Store for the Censored Content to Be Shown s far as i know this shoudn't affect any of the Other Releases.
