I recommend u dont use the US money cheat, even though u can get 2.7 trillion, for sum reason u still get MASSIVE deficit riots, and eventually get kicked out of office\murdered\forced retirement.
Also, in the long run atleast for me getting taht dough from US sumhow corrupts the game and make's it very hard to play.
Umm....I use that cheat a LOT and Ive never had any problems with it, my deficit is if I remember correctly -105 000 (its good when the deficit is minus, bad if its plus).
Also, to prevent yourself from getting murdered, make "Security of Head of State" in the police budget tab to maximum.
Yea i have 300% excess but still almost every week i got riots protesting "Rising budget deficit" and my financial minister says the deficit is at 45% and EVERY month my cabinet resigns for "poor financial management".
