I had to add both of these to my urlfilter.ini for Opera in order to download trainers:
cheathappens.com/favicon.ico
img.cheathappens.com/*
It seems odd that the favicon.ico file can't be loaded either.

I don't know why it does ask img for files until it finally times out, but it's annoying, I can't download anything because of it.

OK, we have moved the images off to another physical server. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
