I can't wait for people to be disappointed by it..

Any particular reasons as to why?

Trailers showed we no longer should except a sterling FPS.
For now strongly waiting for Battlefield 3.

Well the first two sucked, to me, Crytek focused on graphics alone, and left out the gameplay and story -I mean please North Koreans and aliens-, and they tried to make it a free-roam FPS action game which they also failed at. So I don't have that many reasons to look forward to it. Plus there are a million other titles that are coming at that time that worth A Crysis by 100 folds.

All the people who are hating on Crysis are the same people who will hate anything that's been hyped. Crysis got plenty of awards for gameplay as well as graphics...

As for the "beta", I don't see what the big fuss is. It may not be condoned by EA/Crytek but it's also not a full release and has plenty of bugs...plus, I find it interesting to get a look into Crytek's development process. I've already preordered but I also don't mind getting a "sneak peek". As for the "flagging", i have no doubt that it's a myth but it's also very possible that some of the config files that the beta generates may very well be incompatible with the full version, so people who try out the beta will probably want to ensure to delete all the files when they are done.

well that gameplay trailer they showed recently on the highway thats exzactly the same as on the beta so im skeptical beacuse the gameplay is old and very VERY stale

definitly buying this game. easily a game of the year from the beta/demo

btw since the topic got locked i was reffering to the demo(legal demo)not the torrent. when i said "beat" i meant i had unlocked alot of stuff and won alot

ive been playing the "leaked" version which is also a dev version / Beta... even all the many bugs in it... im defo gonna get Crysis 2
