Notes

Numpad 1: Add Violator Bounty - adds 5000 bounty at main career screen to the
Violator missions. You must complete an event or do something that
causes the game to save for it to 'take hold' and save to your
character's info.

Numpad 3: Add Enforcer Bounty - adds 5000 bounty at main career screen to the
Enforcer missions. You must complete an event or do something that
causes the game to save for it to 'take hold' and save to your
character's info.

Numpad 5: Add Bounty in Event - adds 1000 bounty each press during missions.

Numpad 7: Proximity Freeze - vehicles in your proximity will freeze into place.
This is useful in races to get around your opponents and also useful in
missions where you have to catch speeders. You might need to turn this
off until the actual event starts to prevent scripting visual bugs.

Numpad 9: No Damage - your car's damage meter remains full (no damage).

Numpad 0: Super Smash - when you strike cars from the side or behind, if the
strike is a non-crash strike it will impart more damage.

Numpad *: Unlimited Nitro - you have unlimited nitro usage.

Numpad /: Drain Nitro Challengers - your opponents cannot use nitro.

Numpad .: Freeze Event Timer - most events and missions the timer will freeze.

F2 KEY: Unlimited Car Weapons - press this and most weapons and callable
items used by various cars should fill up.

F3 KEY: Faster Weapon Refill - press this and most other weapons and callable
items used by various cars should fill up. Use this for missions
that have other items than spikes, etc. or when above options don't
work for certain missions or have different items to use.

F4 KEY: Weapon Fuse Blown - turn this on and non-player vehicles will have
a harder time using their Car Weapons. This effectively prevents
many vehicles from using their weapons and powerups as often.

13 options isn't enough? LOL

i never saw any helicopters after playing for a good while. if you have a save game with a mission with helicopters ready to go then post it online and PM me a message where to get it and where it goes (savegames).

regarding the distance timer, what are you referring to? again, you might post a savegame and PM me the link-
