Numpad 2: Ammo
Numpad 3: No Reload
Numpad 4: Grenades

Numpad 1: Health - toggle on and off to try and keep health 100%
Numpad 2: Ammo - press key and ammo will rise
Numpad 3: No Reload - press key and you wont have to reload
Numpad 4: Grenades - press key to refill grenades

ONCE AGAIN stupid ass German version is probably different than every other version in the world. ABSOLUTELY NO PLANS TO EVER SUPPORT GERMAN VERSION.
