im still waiting on the PC version of Fable 3 :/

so was i, even though i own the 360 version, i had hoped the pc version might offer a better experience with the opportunity for modding and or cheating.

a prequel where you are the first hero, and have to build the guild academy up would be cool.

that would be cool, i agree, i just hope lionhead goes back and looks at what made fable 3 such a poor game and tries to amend them in any future endeavors.

I quite like having fewer doors, chasing 50 gnomes is quite enough of a hassle. But I like the more nefarious imps than the Gargoyles; it added to the humor. Additionally the requirements for unlocking the doors aren't so simple as they were in Fable 1 & 2 so again this makes good sense to me. I agree that 4 should be a prequel; or possibly tie in time traveling so that one plays key roles in the past episodes. Perhaps one can be their own grandpa. I'm playing this for the first time right now after renting through Gamefly and waiting for Dragon Age 2 to be released in March along with RIFT (Which kicks major ### so far in beta) between these three I'll be very busy through spring. I think this one's a keeper (Fable 3) because its highly re-playable. I imagine I could play it a few times and still enjoy it nearly as much as the first. Just like DAO.

i found the gnomes more annoying in fable 3, consequently, i felt more of an urgency to hunt them all down and shut them up, the demon doors i miss, there's less of them every game, i'd like to see more of them, there's fifty gnomes/gargoyles and 50 silver keys, so why not 50 demon doors? I will say this for lionhead though, they did provide a large variety of weapons in fable 3, unfortunately you can't find them all in one game, and for so called legendary weapons, they're still not as destructive as the legendary weapons of the first game. I didn't care for the new menu system, the sanctuary or whatever it's called, with your butler there, i prefered the menu from fable 2. I also miss big bad-ass monsters like the kraken or trolls from the first game, and i miss experience and leveling up and life and mana bars and i miss chain lightning from the first game and being able to fry enemies by continuing the spell and not having to charge up spells, if they do spell leveling up in any future fable games i would hope it would make spells last longer and target more enemies. Spell weaving was a nice new introduction in fable 3, i especially liked combining fire and wind. All the Fable games I've found to be too short, any future game i would hope to be a lot longer.

sry if this is bumping but well.. it sounds cool and interesting but well now i never played the original because i got some bad info about it so.. but well something cool would be if fable 4 would be a continue to fable 3 so that if you got fable 3 save where you have completed the game you would be able to import your fable 3 character.. but if the game would let you continue as the ruler of albion it could be cool and if then got a prince or princess just to make the game a bit real.. and then you were supposed to like in the original game fight other heroes and upgrade and build new things.. to albion and to fight the heroes it would be to protect your kingdom so something that continues the game and then also something that relate to the original game what about that?

true, but both toby maguire and the original director are out on that one, quantity is not always better than quality.
