i am supposed to defend position but no matter how many i kill they just keep on comming and it never ends...help anyone

You have to move to the way point indicated and laser target for an air strike. You can then progress. If you just stick to where you are they will never stop coming. The point of that specific mission is to bomb the hell out of that house they keep appearing at.
