My opinion on the silencer is it sacrifice too much on range of rifle and sniper rifle (for sniper rifle it's worse cuz the reduction of damage). Submachine gun or pistols suffer least from the reduction. My loadout:
The 2nd loadout is more of my choice for public TDM, as the gameplay can be extremely unpredictable and there could be lots of fights in high traffic areas. So in my opinion it is best to avoid fight and not going along with other teammate, avoid all opening linear walkway such as the one in Skidrow.
Another good option might be using MG4 or AUG, this can be quite surprising cuz most loadout are always assault rifles or snipeer rifle, if going in a public match such as skidrow, those guns can be quite devastating, with silencer or not.
