When I try to load any of my save games (manual, quick, or auto save) I get the loading screen then the game crashes. Currently two of saves are in Pearls (from the boomers) house and others are just out wandering in the wasteland.

I can however start a new game with no issues, does this mean all of my saves are no good now? Anyone know a fix for this other than just restarting from scratch?

my guess is you have corrupt save games. there have been issues with this. tho the last patch was supposed to have fixed alot of the problems they seem to still persist. This is why in all bethesda games I save often and in different slots. I usually have about 40 to 50 different saves that I cycle through and one at the very start or near it before leaving the starting area and before any major decisions are undertaken(like reputation changes). If you have the pc version you can try validating the game cache and see if that helps otherwise a restart may be in the offing.

I have attempted to validate the game cache and each time it tells me one file failed to validate.
