Regarding the Mega Trainer, Gain All Plasmids, Unlimited Health....

I have Windows 7 and haven,t got an ativirus program but when i start the game i press F1 and the trainer says trainer activated but when i try to turn one of the options i don't hear nothing and the option doesn't work i have tried all of the versions of the trainers

Did you run the trainer as Adminstrator?

I could not get any of the trainers to work. But I found another trainer on mega. that works

Yeah, I just bought the game on steam and I can't get the trainer to work. Game also crashes after a few minutes of activating it.
