I have the retail version of the game.
Decided to start off on Hard mode, enabled God mode for my partner, worked great but there seems to be a problem. I figured that if the profile is saved with the cheat enabled, the only way to disable it is to delete the saved file in Windows and start all over.
That didn't fix anything and now it appears that the God mode is constantly on. I have started a new profile.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Also have you tryed uninstalling and reinstalling?
It may work or not :P
