I actually have two that I do on a regular basis. I don't know how well-known they are globally, but I see it sometimes at my school, so I decided to teach them to myself and now they've become habits.

I do this thing where you hold your thumb and middle fingers together, and with a quick flick of the wrist, you hit a relaxed index finger against them to make a sort of snapping sound. I do it every now and then, learned it from observation and practice.

I also tend to twirl a pen or pencil between my index finger and my middle finger when I'm doing my homework or I'm in class. This I also taught myself from observation and practice.

Heh...I pick my eyebrows from time to time.

I also run my fingers through my goatee like I'm thinking deeply about something but I'm usually not...

i should take shower every day . . . . just kidding

but seriously something unusual bothers me all the time
i can not study in the home i am forced to do it outwhere
means i cant concentrate on the subjectes.

I do that too. I pretend I'm throwing a curveball when I'm doing it. <_<

Popping my fingers. I do that when I'm nervous. I also drink lots of water to help me calm my nervous.
