I actually have two that I do on a regular basis. I don't know how well-known they are globally, but I see it sometimes at my school, so I decided to teach them to myself and now they've become habits.
I do this thing where you hold your thumb and middle fingers together, and with a quick flick of the wrist, you hit a relaxed index finger against them to make a sort of snapping sound. I do it every now and then, learned it from observation and practice.
I also tend to twirl a pen or pencil between my index finger and my middle finger when I'm doing my homework or I'm in class. This I also taught myself from observation and practice.
