Ok, just to clarify, I was being sarcastic when I said Farmville Kills Babies. Obviously some people can't control they're addiction.
If you read the whole article, there's a chance she won't get life in prison because of the state laws. What's really disturbing is that she shook her baby, took a smoke break, and shook him again.
I feel like a saint when I hear about people like this...
i belong to the school of thought that regards most social networking sites as such a waste of time. for me..real life..real friends out here in the real world...now that's what i really like.

Farmville doesn't kill babies. Mothers with a poor grip on reality kill babies.
You know, like how games don't make us shoot people? That constant battle the gaming industry has had because people buy 6 year olds GTA? *grinds teeth*
Anyway, back on-topic, it kind of shows the importance of her child to her if she killed it over a Facebook application.
I'm glad someone else sees this. It was not facebook's fault at all. She probably had a long day, and tried to blow off some steam with a game, and the baby wouldn't stop crying. She snapped.

Then she shouldn't have had a baby if she couldnt look after it. It's always the people least capable of properly raising children that can just spit them out one after the other, when those of us who really do want children can't have them. There people make me sick and should be permanently steralised & castrated when convicted of crimes against children.

FarmVille isn't even a good game. Definitely not worth killing a baby over.
