I've come upon a bug where an npc is missing so I need to do the player.moveto cheat but where can I find the NPC code. It is Melissa Khan who is not at the drug drop location or Red Rock.

Well the problem is it shows the form id as 000e595c, wich is the base id not the ref id. eg. it does not work Ref id is supposed to be the one before right? so it could then be 000e595b? wich its not either. Maybe im doing it wrong, some input would be nice

edit.also what you do is:

prid [ref.id]
player.moveto

as two seperate commands

ok, nevermind everything i said. After a bit of trial and error i found something that works. And you only need the base id.

first off, use fallout wiki for the base id's
For this quest its Link
We find out that the base id is 000E595C
You now go into the console and click somewhere above ground, for example if youre at red rock, click on a tent. You need a reference point to get the npc to spawn. Then type placeatme 000E595C
Speak and continue with your diplomatic approach of the quest
ps. this works for any missing npc

I also have a question about spawning npcs.
What is the npc code for a NCR troop?
I want to be able to spawn a bunch of them just whenever I feel like it if anyone knows that would be greatly appreciated
