Well I guess first you have to remove bad reputation. Therefore type in the console:

player.removereputation 00118F61 0 5

this code ( 00118f61) is for the strip faction, other faction codes I posted on page 2 and are also in the other faction topic. Then you might want to add reputation:

player.addreputation 00118F61 1 5

Also if have maybe joined some faction wihtout remembering and some factions won't like you now you can remove youself from being faction mamber by typing:

player.removefromallfactions
