An NCR Ranger, you can get the armor, and the gun, at some point during the game.

Well i found the console code for the armor the guy has but not for the helmet, so I am out of ideas and well i looted a guy with helmet but that was at the end of the game so Uhmm yeah, any one got a idea for the console code for the head gear?

it is in tnor's guide its called "ranger helmet" while the armor is called NCR ranger armor or something like that

code for armor is 00129254 code for the ranger helm is 00145ec5... pretty sure those are it. but its not complete without the ranger revolver item code 00129a44.
