Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I'm online and when I try to run the latest trainer for Napoleon TW it tells me "this trainer must be authenticated before it can be used. Please connect this computer to the Internet or obtain an offline key from cheathappens.com then re-run the trainer."

I did just install Norton anti-virus but I dont see why this would block the trainer. I dont even know what an offline key is or when I would use it. Without the authentication, the trainer closes automatically after you clear the alert.

Would love any advice

disable/uninstall your AV or add exceptions for the trainer.
