Am I doing something wrong?
Please disregard. It worked right after I posted this, but I did nothing differently...

ive tried everything i could fined. Admin mode, frest start, no antivirus or firewall checked the FAQ on the webb also.
AP option works like its supposed to. When you use it. It will use up the AP like its supposed to and when you go back into it it will be full again. Note with out this option on it takes time refil the AP. Unless you have the refill after kill trait. Which insta fills it.

I have it on an exclusion list, both directory and file are declared, but it still immediately stops on running.
I don't know what it is that's causing this yet.
Both Fallout New Vegas, and Fallout 3 trainers behave the same.
Not all trainers are affected on my system, but these are two that are and just won't run.
Using "run as administrator" has no effect.
This trainer worked flawlessly in Win7 so I know something in Win 10 is killing it and shutting it down immediately on starting. The splash box comes up, but that is when it crashes.
