Just be careful not to use the skill points or SPECIAL options too excessively. If you max all your character's skills (which you're not supposed to be to do) if could prevent you from continuing on the next level-up. Usual advice: Save often.

Yeah usualy 9 across the board is fine same with 8 across the board.
Numpad .: Enemy Confusion - this will cause most enemies and creatures to have trouble attacking you or cause damage.
Numpad +: Bionic Character - your character will have super abilities like floating, super speed, and super jump, etc. Experiment to see what is possible and use abilities only when needed.
Numpad -: Super Zoom - pressing this key gives you several levels of zoom.
\ Key: VAT Freeze Ray - turn option on and then isolate the creature or enemy using your VAT camera. This will shoot a ray to the enemy or creature causing them to be stuck in place.

super jump doesn't work for me my guys body is on the ground and its like his soul is up in the air looking down at the body. this isnt normal i take it? oh yeah this happens as soon as i enable that cheat the numpad + i dont even get to hit the jump button
