Hey people, sorry for taking so long been a bit busy over the weekend..
Apologies for the crappy hosting site i used for the pics, still in a rush heh..

    Family Car?
VE SS Commodore, would do the job for me takin' the kids to school.
    Link
    Link

    SUV or Truck?
Chevy Avalanche '08. Dont like SUV's but this would be big enough for me.
    Link

    Money-no-Object Car?
Ferrari Enzo '03. Seen only one in real life and although it isn't everbody's ideal supercar, it's a complete head-turner none-the-less.. Plus it reminds me of PGR4 with Chingy.
    Link

    Track Day Car?
Hands down.. Toyota Supra JZA 80 completely customised to my personal liking, would look a little like this minus the giant wing.
    Link
    Link

    Classic Car?
Chevy Impala '67 model, my grandfather owned one and loved it, now i can only love the photo's he has of it.
(Not a photo of his Impala, but the same model)
    Link

    (Must all be manual)

    Will you ever buy them?
Believe it or not, from all of these cars i would most prefer being able to drive around a barely-road-legal supra as beautiful yet clean as the track-car posted.. Always been my favourite car. In the next few years i WILL have one i am happy with, im in a pretty good position for the future..

    Money-no-Object Manufacturer?
    Lambo/Saleen/Audi.

    Affordable Manufacturer?
At the moment for me its gotta stay Toyota... Call it boring now, or call it boring when im flying past you as epic as Darin in his 7sec Titan Supra.
    Must watch these.

I saw a video on YouTube a couple days ago of Ferrari testing a hardcore version of the 458 and noticed it only had two exhaust pipes instead of the three on the standard car so I was thinking the middle pipe is just a fake like the stacked pipes on the California.

If you look closely at this picture the middle pipe actually looks smaller than the other two - Link

I definitely think the middle one is a fake. Kind of disappointing but I'm not really surprised because I knew the California had fake ones too. I wonder if there's even any exhaust gases flowing through the middle one or if it's literally nothing but an unused pipe stuck there for show.

Fake or not, it's still one of the sexiest cars ever made. +1 to Ferrari for evoking F40 nostalgia.

The only point of a fake piece is to save money. On a Ferrari that's irrelevant so there's no good reason for a car like that to have a fake exhaust. The F40 at least had a reason for the third pipe, the turbo wastegates.

If I ever end up working in downtown Toronto I'm going to get a bike, cars just don't cut it in downtown traffic.

So Chrysler's coming out with a new Pentastar V6 and it looks like they're finally pulling their heads out of their asses and putting some effort into it.

It's a 3.6 I think and it makes from 283-305hp and 260-268 lb-ft depending on which vehicle it's fitted to because of the different intakes and exhaust systems.

Aside from having decent power they're also using standardized parts now. Up till not Chrysler had 7 different crankshafts and 14 different camshafts just for their V6 engines, now they all use the same parts. It's insane that they're just finally realizing how much money and time they could save by doing that and how much easier training and repairs will be. It's no wonder they went bankrupt (you know, aside from the fact that their cars used to be total garbage) but it's good to see they're finally putting some effort into their products.

Thats good to see. Effort always helps..

When i was working in the fruit market there was this British guy working with us his name was David, around 50 years old..
He is rather wealthy and owns a fair amount of property and has 3 or 4 cars inbetween himself and his Girlfriend (not married) and one of them was a black 300C.

Took me for a drive, never been inside anything like it.
I've never even heard of some of the things i seen in that car before.. Nightvision windscreen to prevent headlights bothering you, individual tire pressure readings on a screen, their so unique.

I few years go my cousins came to visit from the UK and they rented a 300, wasn't the C, just the V6. That thing had some serious grunt though, the SRT one must be ridiculously fast.

If it wasn't for the crappy interior in the older ones I'd consider buying a used one after I graduate.

The 300C has such a defined look, it can look extremely classy and at the same time it can look like its got serious mafia involvement..
