Low deficit doesn't really effect the deficit. If you keep spend money, your budget deficit grows at the end of the year. When you activate the low expenditure option, it only effects the overall expenditure, not total expenditure. The total state revenues high option is also ineffective. At the end of the year you will only receive regular revenues(not the high revenue which effected by trainer). Is there any solution to these problems?
The deficit and low expences dont truly work, they are cosmetic changes, there is one topic, mine, called "Has any1 succesfully taken full power" there is a easy way to make money in there, u can easily make 400 billion, down side is ur inflation sky rockets, that can be fought by jacking up taxes and vat, i also sell oil\natural gas (if available), that tends to slowly start lowering the inflation, and in a year it will be gone.
and to ccso, does it work without the trainer ? with this new patch i couldnt run the game with sli engaged, it would always crash after the loading part.
How can you guys make a trainer that you need to pay for that doesn't work?
I know this game is a nightmare to code, but frankly I used to be a member and was going to sign up again to get this cheat, however reading the forums I am glad I haven't.
As I said I know it's a pain to do, I hope you do eventually sort it out, however setting something for paying members only that doesn't work is just wrong.
It works just fine, do the usual, update ya drivers, make sure the game is patched to the latest, if ur game crashes soon as u press F1 in menu, then u have the wrong trainer and\or patch, 4.17b, is the digital version for the latest patch, it has B in it cuz they fixed the original 4.17 trainer, if u using the disc version of the game, then choose the "4.17 retail".
If ur game crashes even WITHOUT the trainer, then u prolly have the same problem that i had, i updated my gpu driver, that caused my game to crash right after loading, i could play my old saves, but couldnt start a new game without it crashing, i disabled sli, and the problem was fixed.
Wut is it with people immediately thinking that "It's sum1 else's fault" instead of looking at wut problems they might have with their pc.
So to summarize, THE PROBLEM IS AT YOUR END, CH doesnt make trainers that dont work, if they do (one in a million chance), those problems get fixed fast.
Edit. Also, u can try running the trainer with admin, i use win7 64bit but it works atleast for me without admin.
