One thing you guys seem to have failed to realize is custom maps go through battle net so even if you are playing against the ai it still logs your game through their servers and treats it as a multi-player game. They could probably change their cheat monitoring software to distinguish but they wont waste money (time coding = money to them) on something they don't feel they are wrong about. Especially not on something they already have their money from. The thing I cant figure is how they expect to sell the next two "parts" of the game if they have already banned all these people.
i dont know if any of you have said before me so im just going to come out and say it
ive used CH trainers for a while for SC2 but ive never had any issues or worries about being banned, their is always the option of signing in as 1 of the guests to play offline skirmish mode, challanges and the campaign.
you dont even need to sign into your account so theirs no risk of being banned at all then unless you actually sign in with the trainer active and before a restart.

I used the trainer in offline mode. I do this to see what a map looks like and what to do, how it works before going online and playing with the "Pro's". I got banned for using the trainer in offline mode.
"Hello ,
Thank you for your email. As previously stated, the account was closed because the user was identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a "hack." This applies to offline and online play.

..........cant even enjoy the game the way i want to.......
Does anyone know, if you buy the expansion packs will you get a new account or key ?
no offense but i find it kinda hard to believe they banned you in offline play. there shouldn't be anyway to tell.
IIRC, you must exit the game first and close the trainer before switching from offline to online play or the Warden client will detect 'unauthorized changes' to the game exe and flag your account.

good to know.
finally deciding to go back to this game after like 3 months and that made me nervous.
trying to decide now if i want to risk offline or reinstall and install a crack.
at this point guess i should risk online because if i get banned then i'll need the hacked copy anyway lol
Did some testing with a bandwith monitor (Netlimiter),
During single player only time it access the internet is to do the achievments. if you block its internet access after you started the game you just dont get achievments, but you can continue to play.
After that i checked Single player -> play vs AI same as the campain, no upload during the fight.
BUT As soon you start a game by going multi-player create game, then add a AI,a continues stream is beeing uploaded during playing
so Multiplayer == data to blizzard during play and most likely will get you a ban.
For all of you who are getting banned for playing in SP mode its because youre getting achievments and scores that carry into MP. If you want to use this trainer without getting banned, Play in guest mode or offline mode(when it asks you to log in on Battle.net if you look to the right, you'll see "Play as Guest" click it).
