BOLOPatch had this, but it seems the developer of the trainer quit on it. honestly I loved just the unbreakable grapple hook for tying cars to helicopters and airplanes and such.
Any chance of possibly getting this in a trainer?

I found some mods to make it resistant but not even near the bolo patch...

I miss the BOLOPatch.... I hate it when modders get huffy and rage-quit.
