ok i have done the powerplant thing and i have beaten misty do i just go back to lavander town and get that pokegear app where i can play the flute and move snorlax
ok i got it but now i need help with leveling my pokemon my highest level is 50 and i have all the gym badges thats way to weak for red can some one help me please???

elite 4. keep battling till your pokemon are level 80+. cheat while doing it to save time
