The game plays rather well on my machine but when I interact with another leader its just a static image. I can hear the voice but no animation. I have the latest drivers for my Nvidia 8800 GTX card too. Please help. Any ideas?

I have no clue, maybe someone else here knows how to fix it, but the only thing I could think of is if you have it installed thru steam right click on the game, go to properties, local files. Select verify game cache and let it recheck the files. After that make sure the fragmentation is at 0% (if not select the defrag game files option).

I just looked at my graphics options and noticed theres a "leader quality" option. If its on low maybe its just a image. Not sure what yours is set to. But if its on low try medium, if that don't work try high. If its on high I'm out of guesses

Check which version you're playing.
I've run the game on two PCs, one recommended DX9 (no animation) and the other DX10/11

I'm running this on an XP machine so its DX9. Funny thing is though I played it again last night and all of a sudden the animation is working. I didn't make any setting changes. Huh, computers. They make life interesting.
