I found an 8-ball garage i found it at the docks.
Not at the docks you can buy.You know when you get at the intersection with yellow lines when you go escobar?Go on the left(<--- street which get you to the docks.you will find a blue pay n spray.Go straight ahead a few meters and pres E and you will see a car (benson). .go there and straight ahead and you will see in your left a huge free space.go ahead and you will see some closed garages.the 8 ball garage has the gta 3 picture above it(it is the opened garage)go in and you wait to plant the bomb.then you will lose $1000 NOT $100 LIKE THE PAY N SPRAYand you are done
park the car where ever you want,get out the car and press detonate button.(you have a detonator when you exit the garage)
