These other guys seem to know more about it, but the simple philosophy of "eat less move more" will take you kind of far for little effort.

If you want to get really serious though get an exercise plan and eat better and all that fancy stuff.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'm going to try to eat better (although school lunches aren't "healthy" at home we tend to eat vegetables and lean meat (grandma is trying to help her liver). Also what is creating powder. What's in it and what does it do? Because my grandpa has some laying around here (dudes 56 and still has daily routines!!!!) and I wana know if it's healthy for me to take. thanks!
