It has come to our attention that some people have received either warnings or account bans for the

I also want to give a little tip on this one.

If you are using a trainer in SP or VS mode. And you wanna play MP mode. Make sure you restart the game first!!! This is because trainers have already put their changes into the process and mostly of the time wont remove the changes just by closing the trainer.

So just disabling the cheats or closing the trainer just wont do it. Restart the game first!

Yes, believe me I wont be forgetting this from now on, I would even play in offline mode for skirm and camp if I didn't get that Authentication crap.
I personally brought the game for the SP and Camp, the multiplayer part was a bonus, I didn't buy it to have the whole game useless paper weight for 14 days,
I and others forked out our 70USD 100AUS ect yet if you pirated it you would still be playing SP/Camp right now, so where is the incentive to buy there games?,
Blizzard should disable multiplayer only to the suspended/banned accounts.

Really Tired atm, so sorry if my grammar and spelling is at a 6 yr old level, I am really 7(jks).

This is the email I got from support after I email them asking why they perma banned me for using a trainer in single player campaign:

We announced on Sep 14, 2010 5:04:38 PM UTC that we would begin taking a stance against Cheating in StarCraft II (Cheating in StarCraft II - StarCraft II). Upon further review of the action taken upon this account we see that a third-party program was detected several times after the posting this notification. I was playing on my friend's account and that account is now permanently banned. He is probably not going to be really happy about it.

I'd love to hear Blizzard's explanation of how aachievements and gamer score also caries weight and prestige for your online play. Sounds like a bunch of BS to me as I have never seen achievements or gamer score factor into an online match in any way, shape or form.

If that was all they were really concerned about then why not just disable the user's achievements and/or gamer score? Why is a full ban necessary, especially if the user never even played or intended to play in multiplayer matches? Is Blizzard going to tell me that my PERSONAL SINGLE PLAYER achievements affect the online match of two completely different and random people?

IMO we need to start a petition. Surely there are other honest trainer users out there both on and off of CheatHappens that are upset about this. I think collectively that Blizzard would have to at least listen to us.

No one Has gotten banned for Achievement yet and i bet all the people who were. forgot to restart the client to play on ladder.
