It will not be made available on CheatScape. Also there doesn't appear to a 'Public Rls' on either of the trainers. So If I had to guess, no.

The people at Cheat Happens put a lot of work and time in to creating these trainers. I would suggest getting a membership. I got my membership a while ago and I haven't regretted it. I believe it's well worth the money!
