I only just discovered gog.com. I have no idea if anybody here knows about it. They sell up old games updated to run on current OSs. the have a couple DUKE NUKEM games including Manhattan Project. Does anybody know if the CH cheats & trainers work on the gog.com versions?

Cheats work with Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Version from GOG so may work with Manhattan Project

Just tried the god mode cheat with GOG version. Works fine...Did get a message "Duke doesn't have to cheat" but god mode works.

My trainer has been tested with the GOG.com version of the game and it works flawlessly.
Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.
