I've also noticed that the Policy Points option doesn't seem to work in this release.
In addition, does anyone else have an issue whenever you try and seize a city? Most of the time the game locks up completely.
I am also having the same problems Leto. Just save the game before seizing a city and you'll be fine. It also helps to wait a turn or two before seizing the same city that keeps locking up the game.
As for the policy points well I have no work around on that. I just end up not using it, meh.
Update yes, there is a work around for policy, horde as many as you can on your first turn. It will only work on your first turn. on 2nd turn there is no increase Leto. Make sure to go to advance option in the game setup to allow you Policy point saving, or you will not be able to continue on to the next turn without picking a policy. (the game will try to make you pick one even when you can't pick any. Just make sure to right click the policy icon to make it go away.)

There are some odd things happening with movement too. I'm not sure what combination of cheats it takes, but after a certain point, units will not move in certain directions. EVEN when using the M command and the mouse to get them to where ever it is you want to go. The last time I played, the directions corresponding to the Numpad 1 and numpad 9 keys would not work. Even when trying to use the M command, and pointing to a hex using the mouse, units would take a weird direction to get there, that did not require going up and right, or down and left. Any other direction worked, just not those 2.
Where you try to tell your unit to go to a hex space and the cursor ends up going red as if something blocking your way? Yea... I've had that happen to me too, after using unlimited movement too much. To help reduce this event from happening, you must use unlimited movement sparingly. Even with that, it's not a guarantee. When it does happen, I just restart the game and trainer. That always fixes the problem. Other than that good luck.
have you also tried to use enhance movement when that bug happens? If so, was the hex spaces still blocking your way?
