I deleted all the games on hard drive, went to steam site, used their system to delete all game content, and then re - installed game. It now works to spec. Have fun. So not CH problem!. At random times in the game it will say, 'completed *building* please choose a free tech' when using gold to rush a building. Then the option to end turn doesn't appear so i cant continue the game.
