I don't know if i got ban but when i try to play the connect button just stay gray and nothing else happen. What ever ban me from online play i dont care but let me play single player I pay for this stupid game I should play the way I like it.
Sounds more like a Connection/Software problem then a ban. Because if you are banned, you'll get a proper notification about it.

Yes This is True. And you wont get said msg Untill you login
Because the client is made for the masses
and its why the cdkey is account bound.
Instead of tossing ideas here, why not post on their forums to be more affirmative as to what Blizzard's Warden is actually going to be scanning on. =P
An e-mail to Blizzard Support revealed that they will ban for trainer user regardless of where it's used if they catch you using one. The main question is which parts are they looking at and how. They're not going to release the what and how to the public to protect their game. Nobody is really going to know how Warden acctually works because it's an internal secret for Blizzard. If they released how it works, there would be hacks for World of Warcraft like nobodies business.
