Well considering that the game is gonna take a shorter time to complete as compared to DAO, the whole game need not be so big in size. In Origins we had 6 different origins to choose from, these need memory and space. However, we only have 1 character 3 classes, so not so much space needed.
The Free Marches map is huge, and I mean huge.
But remember DA:O only really had 2 extra little area's for starting quests that you never see again, so not that much of a difference. But yes voice acting does add to it, but with today's ogg compression file sizes is a lot lower with great quality.
