No offense but XFX video cards sucks balls. My XFX GTX 295's two capacitor brusted last month for the same reason. Just a friendly suggestion, don't buy XFX video card next time.
I bought a Gigabyte GTX 480 and it's much cooler than my old XFX GTX 295
Yeah because those are in everybodies price range!
As for "XFX cards suck balls" mine doesn't, had mine since it came out and theres never been a single problem or issue, even on games that are a bit out of its capacity it's never overheated on me. So your opinion is purely speculation, seeing as my XFX GT220 has worked without any single issue since i got it over 8 months ago. :3
i'm going ATI crossfire for my new rig.
TalonKarde
Why ATI Crossfire? I have never had a problem with an Nvidia card and most games are made with Nvidia cards in mind. The one time I had to update my drivers so my machine could run a game properly I had an ATI card in my machine at the time.

His opinion is not speculation, it is based on his personal experience as is yours.
I would stay with nvidia, but unfortunately it seems that all future classes of mother boards for AMD processors after my current one, seem to only support ATI crossfire since AMD bought out ATI, or merged with them or whatever, so crossfire it is.
Yes I had heard that about AMD. Also did you know that AMD has bought ATI???
So why not just buy Intel CPU's from now on that way you can stay with Nvidia, a supierior GPU manufacturer in my opinion.
Well, Foxxie_kun well knows that I thought I had a case of overheating in: Batman: AA, Borderlands and Mass Effect 2, it was just my Sound Card's drivers that were not updated.
I am always updated when it comes to drivers.
I am as well, but I kept them over Window's Device Manager, which doesn't work.
So if you made the same mistake, run the auto-updater on your Sound Card Driver CD.
@ Lenny
They didn't buy ATI, they dropped the ATI name, now it's just Radeon 6xxx, etc.
