Borderlands crash with game v1.31 on Borderlands PC Message Board - Page 1

Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.31 (RETAIL), Super Health, Super Armor, Mega Amm....

So i just bought the megatrainer of the cheatscapes site and wen i run the trainer borderlands starts up fine but ass soon as i click singleplayer it crashes saying asertion failed, i ran it as administrater i tried starting it after the game i turned my av off updated all m drivers i tried everything posted on the troubleshooting guide that would have had a chance at making a difference. PLZ help me this is a huge **** off.

there are two versions of this trainer and game, STEAM and RETAIL. If you are using retail, then use the no-cd fix. If you are using STEAM then you probably bought the wrong trainer.

i have the retail with a no-cd fix already and it still crshes

Then your AV or something is interfering with it. Tested and working fine here.

Hello i also got the same problem and i guess its somewhat related to the DLC's because i managed to get the Error Generated, i have the steam version and i tried both the steam version of the trainer and the retail, same errors.
