There's a reason there's a place in the pacific Northwest called the "Silicon Valley". The single biggest place for IT and Computer Science based jobs in the entire west coast, so doubtless you could find a nice college here to cater to your needs since it's close to Silicon Valley.
    Yo.

I don't know about a specific university but an important thing to find out is if the degree is recognized in the country you want to work in.

A degree from India for example, is worth **** in Canada. It'll get you immigration but nothing more. I'd figure out where you want to work and then choose a university based on that.

You do know that Hamadah is actually from Syria?

Well I would like to concur with you at this point that a degree from an Indian university is not respected abroad, at least in well developed countries. My brother immigrated to Canada with a simple Bachelors degree in hand, lucky him to do his Masters in Canada so that he would hence get a decent job. His first year at work was at a local supermarket. This is where I had some quarrel with him.

UK IMHO, is the best place for education. After that I choose Canada.

Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

If you have a paticular company you want to work for, your best place would be a university near it so you can grab internship positions there. It gives you education and experience at the same time. You may even possibly get paid for being an intern as well.
    Your bitterness, I will dispel

If it's anything like engineering you'd definitely get paid. I have two friends doing 16 month internships right now, one at Ontario Power Generation and one at Cami Automotive. They're getting paid 40-45 grand for the 16 months.
