tried all the mega trainer from 1.1 to 1.5 and when i extracted only the note pop except the trainer and keep displayin this message

I'm getting the same error. It'll exact the "readme" but it won't extract the trainer it's self. I'm not sure, what I should do...

Disable your anti-virus software. Because some anti-virus software will treat the trainer as a virus.
