Just disable your AV when using the trainer.
Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

False positives are very common among AV's, scroll down if you don't want your AV disabled, similar things can be done on most AV's.

As has already been mentioned this happens to some members with almost every trainer made. As also mentioned, consult the troubleshooting guide and/or do what I do and add the trainer to the exceptions list within your AV.
No offical CH trainer contains any virus and/or malware. If you get a false positive, there's nothing anyone can do for you other than give you the same old suggestions and recommendations.

What can I do about the trainer suddenly saying that I do not have permission to use it? I tried to re-download it but it still says that I don't have the right permissions.

For those folks having some issues with the AV, I have had 0 issues with any of the trainers until recently with the SC2 and ME2 trainers. So what I did was under my AV exception settings I just put the folders for those 2 games on the list and now the AV does not bother with it anymore and I can play the game with the trainers all day long. Each AV is different but there should be a way to set exceptions up for particular applications. Try that and you should be good to go without any further issues.
Can't comment on the permission issue for the trainer. I only know that you have to have a valid account just to download it so unless you got a copy from a "friend" it should work just fine. Any other details you can share about the issue?
